What this service is
Redlands Park & Pay sells pay-by-plate parking permits for Lot A in Downtown Redlands. When you pay, your license plate number becomes your permit for the time you purchased — there's no paper ticket and nothing to put on your dashboard. Enforcement checks plates against paid sessions.
Your plate is your permit — enter it carefully
You are responsible for entering your license plate accurately. A payment tied to the wrong plate doesn't cover your vehicle, and a citation issued because of a mistyped plate is not our responsibility. If you notice a typo, you can fix your plate from your session page for up to 15 minutes after payment. After that, contact support right away and we'll do our best to help.
Enforcement hours and grace period
Paid parking is enforced from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Outside those hours the lot is free. When your paid time runs out, there's a 5-minute grace period before your vehicle can be cited. Vehicles parked during enforcement hours without a valid paid session may be cited or, for repeated violations, towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Prices, including the per-purchase transaction fee, are shown before you pay. All sales are final — purchases can't be canceled or refunded, with the narrow billing-error exceptions described in our refund policy.
Lot rules and liability
Paying for parking buys you time in a space — it doesn't make us responsible for your vehicle. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We are not liable for theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked in the lot. Please lock your car and don't leave valuables visible. Follow posted signage; blocking driveways, fire lanes, or other vehicles is prohibited regardless of payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from this service or use of the lot will be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
