Privacy policy
The short version: we collect your plate, maybe your email, and nothing else. We don't sell any of it.
What we collect
To sell you a parking session we collect your license plate number and, only if you choose to give it, an email address for your receipt and expiry reminders. That's the whole list — no account, no name, no phone number required.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, receive, or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Parking session records — plate, times, amounts paid, and receipt emails — are kept for 13 months, long enough to resolve citation disputes and refund questions, then deleted.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the services that make the product work (Stripe for payments, our email provider for receipts) and with parking enforcement, which can look up whether a plate has paid.
Cookies
We use cookies only where they're essential for the service to function — for example, during checkout. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
